It's A Boy!

Well the doctor said that he has never been wrong in 16 years and he doesn't think this is the one he will mess up on! The above picture is our baby's boy parts! :)

This picture is the profile and his little arm. The other arm is behind his head - giving it a little scratch!

Another profile - darling huh!?!

His leg from the knee down - it is amazing!

Look at that foot!

I think this picture is awesome! It is the spine - way cool if you ask me!! I couldn't believe how amazing the ultrasound was and how much you can find out! Now we have about 4 months to get everything ready for our little boy!

Anson is so excited for his little boy - 1) he will have a "son," 2)I won't stick "head squeezers" on a little boy! (headbands)

2 Wonderful Years!

Two years ago today I made the biggest decision of my life and married the man of my dreams! I can't even believe that it has been two years - time sure does fly! Looking back on that day - (it is easy to picture because it was just as snowy as it is outside right now) I am so glad that he was so persistant on me making a decision to marry him, and that I was not too stubborn and that I agreed! It really was the best decision I have ever made! He treats me so well and he makes sure that I know he loves me! He is an expert dish washer (which is what he is doing right now) and is a great help around the house!! We are expecting our first baby in May and I know that he is going to be an excellent daddy! I really couldn't have asked for a more supportive and more loving husband! I LOVE YOU ANSON!

Greg's Wedding (Erickson Family Reunion!)

This past weekend, my cousin Greg got married. This was a monumental event for a few reasons... 1) My mom's side of the family lives all over the country so there have only been 3 times we have all been together - and this was one of them (almost everyone was there), 2)Greg is the 3rd cousin on my Mom's side to get married - my sister and I are the other two, 3)Greg has 2 older brothers who haven't gotten married yet so we have been waiting for this to happen for a LONG time! We drove up to Salt Lake on Friday and walked around Temple Square with the WHOLE family. Not such a good idea considering we are all trying to stay together and there are about a million other people doing the same thing. It really was beautiful though! The lights are incredible! On Saturday - we were all going to go to the sealing, the luncheon, and the reception. It was a complete miracle day. My new cousin-in-law is also from Alaska and her Dad was coming down for the wedding and rolled the car they were driving. A year ago that same day, She had lost her mother - Heavenly Father knew that he needed to keep her Daddy here a little longer! It was definately an emotional day but it was filled with the spirit and things that are right still happen! The day was perfect!
The Newlyweds!

Rebekah the princess - my neice really thought she was a real princess!

My cute family!

Sista love! (you can sort of see my belly!)

Aren't we adorable?

Odds and Ends...and our new crib!

It has been awhile since I have posted alot has happened. Here are some pictures to update you on what is going on!

MY BIRTHDAY!

THANKSGIVING IN ARIZONA - THE CRIB!
We asked Anson's Dad if he would help us build a crib for our baby and he agreed to -they worked together all week on it, and it turned out better than I imagined. It is beautiful! All that is left is painting - any color ideas let me know!

The secret is out!
I have been waiting to tell my principal and students about the baby - I decided to have my students do a math lesson on fractions, decimals, and percents by taking a survey on who thought it would be a boy and who thought it would be a girl - It was really fun. I also asked them ideas for names and the results were pretty fun! Here are the results - the majority think it is going to be a boy.
